The 10 km running race that connects Trieste’s two iconic castles: Miramare and San Giusto. A fast, linear route culminating in the challenging climb to San Giusto Castle.
Through our competitions, we encourage young people to actively experience their city, enhancing the cultural and natural heritage around them. Running thus becomes not only a physical workout, but also a way to enrich the mind and soul by exploring historic places and breathtaking views.

Corsa dei Castelli and CorriTrieste are an invitation to rediscover the city from a unique perspective, an opportunity to enhance its historical and natural heritage. We believe that sports can be an extraordinary vehicle for promoting beauty, combining a passion for running with the discovery of fascinating places. Running with us means experiencing Trieste in a new way, immersing yourself in its atmosphere and falling in love with its beauty.
Promorun organizes running events, including Corsa dei Castelli and CorriTrieste, for runners of all skill levels.
We focus on sports as the formation of the person, its educational and inclusive values, and as a tool to prevent social and psychophysical distress by promoting and spreading sports culture.
Companies can take advantage of the opportunity to sponsor our running events. This can increase brand visibility and demonstrate their commitment to the health and well-being of the community.
Promorun has always organized races to raise money for various causes. Through our efforts and the contributions of runners and companies we help those less fortunate than ourselves.
By cooperating with local and tourist boards, we highlight the natural and cultural beauty of the area. We want to bring more and more runners to discover our beautiful Trieste.
Parallel to our races, we organize initiatives with a focus on environmental awareness, such as plogging runs (picking up trash while running), promoting sustainable behaviors during events, or working with local environmental organizations.
