For those who sign up for either the competitive race or the non-competitive Ten, it is a 10-kilometer challenge that runs through some of Trieste’s most fascinating places, providing unique panoramic views.

The Rosso di Sera Family Run offers a shorter and more accessible 3-kilometer route, ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the experience in a more relaxed way.

Corri Trieste is an event that welcomes participants of all ages, however, there are some specific limitations. For the competitive 10k race, participants must be at least 16 years old. This is to ensure the safety of competitors in a race that requires a certain amount of stamina and physical condition.

As for the Ten non-competitive and Family Run 3k, there is no age limit. These rides are designed to be a fun and engaging experience for everyone, regardless of age. Whether you are a seasoned runner looking for a new challenge, or you want to share the excitement of a race with your loved ones, Corri Trieste has something to offer everyone. Remember, the important thing is to participate and enjoy the event!

The “Corri Trieste” challenges you on a FIDAL-sanctioned course, starting and finishing in the recently rebuilt Porto Vecchio. With three super-fast straightaways of about 3.3 km each, this race offers you the opportunity to improve with each lap as you take on a timed challenge that will test your grit and determination.

To ensure a comfortable and safe ride during Corri Trieste, it is important to choose the right equipment. Here are some useful suggestions:

  • Check the weather forecast: The weather can greatly affect your comfort while running, so it is important to check the weather forecast for the day of the event and prepare accordingly.
  • Dress in layers: Dressing in layers allows you to adjust your body temperature according to weather conditions and intensity of physical activity. Consider wearing a tank top or short-sleeved T-shirt under a long-sleeved shirt. This way, you can remove the top layer if you start to get hot.
  • Choose breathable fabrics: Breathable fabrics help wick sweat away from your skin, keeping you dry and comfortable while running. Avoid cotton fabrics, which absorb moisture and can make you feel damp and cold.
  • Lightweight and cushioned running shoes: Running shoes should be light enough not to weigh down your steps, but they should also have adequate cushioning to protect your feet and joints from impact with the ground. Make sure your shoes are well-fitting and comfortable, and if possible, try running in them before the race to make sure they do not cause problems or discomfort.

By preparing properly, you will be able to focus on running and fully enjoy the Corri Trieste experience.

To ensure the well-being and hydration of participants during the Corri Trieste, two refreshment stations will be organized along the route.

The first refreshment point is located halfway, at km 5. This provides an ideal opportunity for runners to take a short break, recharge their energy and hydrate before tackling the second half of the race.

These refreshment stations are designed to ensure that all participants maintain proper hydration levels and enjoy the event safely and comfortably. Remember to make use of these services while running. Your health and well-being are important to us!

Participation in Corri Trieste 2025 requires different conditions depending on the type of race you register for.

For the competitive 10k race, you must be a Fidal member or hold a Runcard. In addition, you will need to present a valid medical certificate on the day of the race. This is to ensure that all participants in the competitive race are in proper physical condition to meet the challenge.

For the non-competitive Ten and Family Run, however, no medical certificate is required. These races are designed to be inclusive events that welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level or running experience.

However, in any case, we recommend that all participants get a health check before the event to make sure they are in good physical shape and ready to enjoy the ride safely.

Of course, Corri Trieste is an event designed to welcome everyone, regardless of desire or ability to compete. If you prefer to enjoy running more relaxed and without the competitive factor, the 5K Family Run is the perfect option for you.

This route allows you to walk along Trieste’s beautiful waterfront in the company of family or friends, enjoying the view and discovering the beauty of the city. Yes, you can absolutely delegate another person to pick up your bib and race pack for you. We understand that sometimes commitments can prevent you from personally picking up these items, so we have a process in place to simplify things.

If you would like someone else to pick up your bib and race packet for you, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Fill out and sign the proxy form and privacy form. These documents are available for download on our website.
  • Provide the delegate with a copy of the letter confirming registration for Corri Trieste.
  • You will also need to provide a copy of your ID to verify your identity and the validity of the proxy.

Remember, the person picking up the bib and race pack for you must present all these documents at the time of pickup. This process is put in place to ensure that all bibs and race packs are distributed correctly and safely.

Unfortunately, if an athlete cannot participate in Corri Trieste, a name change on the bib is not possible. This policy is in place to ensure proper identification of participants for security and event organization issues.

Also, it is important to note that there is no refund in case an athlete cannot participate in the competition. This is due to the administrative and organizational costs incurred in ensuring the registration of each participant.

We know there may be unforeseen circumstances that could prevent participation, but we encourage all athletes to carefully consider their commitment before signing up to ensure a fair and efficient process for all participants.

Bag drop service is unavailable.

Unfortunately, due to logistical limitations, we are unable to provide a shower service during the Corri Trieste. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some participants and apologize for any inconvenience.

However, we encourage all participants to come prepared and make their own post-race arrangements. This may include returning home or to the accommodation for a refreshing shower after the event. Despite this limitation, our main goal remains to ensure that all participants have a positive and memorable experience during Corri Trieste. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, all athletes who manage to reach the finish line of Corri Trieste will receive a medal. This is a way to recognize the commitment, determination and sportsmanship of each participant.
